At Downtown Suits Outlet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return policy.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition. Because we sell formal wear (suits, tuxedos, etc.), this means the product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please email our support team at support@baublethread.us with your Order Number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
Return Method: By Mail.
Return Label: Download and Print (We will email you the label).
Return Shipping Costs:
- For Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Downtown Suits Outlet will cover the return shipping cost (No cost to you).
- For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees. ($0.00 Restocking Fee).
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 Business Days.
