At Downtown Suits Outlet, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring that your order reaches you securely and on time. Please read our comprehensive shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including all 50 states). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements and absolutely no hidden fees.

3. Shipping Carriers
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your formal wear, we partner with reliable major carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

4. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, verified, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Please note that orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Transit Time (Delivery Time)

  • Standard Transit Time: Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from the date you place your order.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

7. Change of Delivery Address
We can only modify your shipping address before the order has been dispatched. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@baublethread.us or call us at +1 213 489 4363. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.

8. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Packages Damaged in Transit
If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package so we can resolve the issue.
